Older workers--age 56-64--are predicted to make up 52% of the
U.S.
workforce by 2010. And many people over 65 plan to continue to work or
never
retire. Yes, discrimination exists. But companies do seem to be wising
up
and seeing value in the knowledge and work ethic that you have.
