Job Hunting

"More than one resume?"
Do you need more than one resume? Probably not. That is unless you're waffling between going after a job as a rocket scientist or a real estate agent. Obviously, these two jobs require very different education, skills and expertise. Most likely you're looking for a job that builds on your past and incorporates well-honed talents that can logically transfer to another position. One resume that spotlights your skills with evidence of how you've made a difference will suffice. Use your cover letter to highlight specifics your resume may not get into but the particular job you're applying for addresses.
